Welcome to our monthly passive income update for Sep 2015. This is part of the scorecard series where I track our dividends and other sources of passive income. I also include changes and updates related to our portfolio during the month.
Passive Income Update
Passive income for the month of September 2015 was C$691.65. The passive income comprised of US$342.95 and C$235.53 (exchange rate is US$1 = C$1.33). Passive income this month is up 0.38% QoQ and 194.23% YoY.
With September in the wraps, our passive income YTD is $5,584.02! We have now crossed our annual goal of earning $5,500 in passive income!!! As you can imagine, I am ecstatic with this achievement and something that we are proud of. We had no idea that we would achieve this goal in three quarters when we were setting goals last December. We intend to let the rest of this year continue earning as usual instead of upping the goal for three months and focus on setting our sights much higher for 2016!
